Associate Dentist – Full-Time

The practice owner, Dr. T is switching his main focus to cosmetic dentistry which means we need someone to help take over all of our main patient load. We are hoping you are someone that wants to learn our approach and philosophy to dentistry and has the drive to be the best. We’re looking for a dentist who enjoys building long-term patient relationships and is confident in developing comprehensive treatment plans.

Position Overview

We are seeking an Associate Dentist with strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills. The ideal candidate is not only clinically competent, but also able to communicate clearly with patients, present treatment options, and help grow their patient base through trust, education, and quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive exams and diagnose dental conditions
• Create clear, structured, and ethical treatment plans
• Confidently present treatment recommendations to patients
• Build rapport and long-term patient relationships to support ongoing growth
• Provide a wide range of general dentistry procedures
• Collaborate with a supportive team of assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited institution
• Active NH dental license
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to build trust and convert treatment plans into accepted care
• Cerec dentistry experience is a plus

We are seeking a dentist with at least 2 years of clinical experience to ensure confidence in diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient communication. The salary shown is reflecting base pay in addition to commission.

Hours are as follows:

Monday (in our Wellesley MA location)- 9am-6pm

Tuesday- 9am-6pm

Wednesday- 11am-7pm

Thursday- 9am-5pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $250,000.00 - $320,000.00 per year
