Tired of the corporate dilution of our profession? Never meeting monthly collection goals, never making bonus (even when you probably did) not to mention exceeding your draw that you will be held to your entire career with “them”???
Time for a change!! Dr. Pierre J. Tedders office is in search of their lead general dentist. This will be a fee for service position with immediate pathway to partnership.
Our associate/future partner will cover 100 percent of all general dentistry. Dr. Tedders will actively promote you with all his specialty patients and provide you with your OWN marketing budget. We will build as a team, general and specialty under one roof!! Dr. Tedders will promote your schedule, he will not “steal” the high productive crown and bridge procedures, he needs the right one to invest into both financially and with mentorship.
Our office is a FFS, De Novo, general and dental implant specialty office. We have nine operatories of which three are surgical suites and 6 are general and hygiene.
We are offering a highly competitive compensation and benefit package that does define immediate path to partnership. Dr. Tedders is not DSO and finds no value in that revolving door. He cares more about the quality and of the relationships, dentistry is easy to teach and easy to learn, given the right individual, class is not!

Dr. Tedders is kinda a farmer, loves to grow his garden every year, and many years raised egg laying chickens and even peacocks.
Dr. Tedders never wanted to be a dentist; he wanted to be a professional boxer/kick boxer; becoming a dentist hurt a lot less.
