Associate Dentist - High tech Busy office- Minimum + Percentage

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dentistry, with experience in pediatric dentistry and oral surgery being highly valued. As an Associate Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while adhering to the highest standards of clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and dental extractions.
• Execute root canal therapy and other oral surgeries as needed.
• Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance patient care efficiency.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed, utilizing aseptic techniques during procedures.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to provide exceptional patient care.
• Stay updated on the latest dental technologies and practices, including proficiency in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix.
• Educate patients on oral health maintenance and preventive care.

Experience

• Proven experience in a dental office or clinic setting is essential.
• Familiarity with dental terminology and medical terminology is required.
• Knowledge of anatomy related to dentistry is important for effective patient assessments.
• Experience with medical imaging techniques is preferred.
• A strong understanding of pediatric dentistry practices is a plus.
