Position Overview
The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive general dentistry to a diverse patient base. This role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, enjoys building lasting patient relationships, and wants to work in a practice that prioritizes quality care over corporate pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality general dental care, including exams, restorative procedures, treatment planning, and patient education
• Build rapport and maintain strong patient relationships
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient, compassionate care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active state dental license (or ability to obtain one)
• Excellent clinical, communication, and patient-care skills
• Prior experience preferred, but motivated new grads are welcome to apply
