Associate Dentist - Kirkland Dental Smile

Join Our Growing Team at Kirkland Dental Smile as an Associate Dentist! At Kirkland Dental Smile, we are dedicated to providing exceptional dental care in a warm and welcoming environment. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our team. This position offers a flexible schedule of 3 days per week (Wednesday to Friday), with the potential for an occasional Saturday shift (full-time opportunity available if desired). Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive dental care, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments.
• Build lasting relationships with patients through excellent communication and personalized care.
• Collaborate with our experienced team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Stay current with the latest dental practices and technologies to provide the best care possible.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
• Valid Washington State dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Experience with Denticon software is a plus, but not required.
