Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of dental procedures including general dentistry, root canal therapy, dental extractions, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging using advanced equipment
  • Deliver exceptional patient care by explaining treatment options clearly and ensuring comfort throughout procedures
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental office standards
  • Collaborate with team members practicing four-handed dentistry to optimize efficiency and patient experience
  • Uphold strict infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, and sterilization procedures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
  • Stay current with dental terminology, medical terminology, and industry best practices to provide high-quality care
  • Assist in the training of new team members or interns as part of your leadership development toward ownership

Experience

  • Valid state dental license with experience in general dentistry; additional expertise in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, or prosthodontics is a plus
  • Proficiency with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar platforms for scheduling, charting, and medical records management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy, medical imaging techniques, infection control standards, and HIPAA compliance
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced dental clinic or office environment that emphasizes patient-centered care
  • Strong understanding of dental fabrication processes and endodontic procedures like root canal therapy
  • Excellent communication skills to educate patients effectively about their treatment plans and oral health maintenance

Pay: $150,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
