We are hiring a reliable and motivated Associate Dentist to join our expanding Madera office. Our practice is modern, fully digital, and supported by a strong RDA/RDAEF team with consistent patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treatment plan, and perform general dentistry procedures
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes
• Work efficiently with staff to ensure smooth daily workflow

Requirements

• Active California Dental License
• Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation

• Percentage of production
• Estimated daily range: $750 – $1,100/day (DOE)
• Optional daily guarantee
