Support the health of your community at our locally owned, fast-growing dental practice in Middleton, MA! We are looking for a caring, motivated, and responsible Associate Dentist to join our team and help us continue delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

We are privately owned (no corporate mentality), highly supportive, and committed to helping our team grow both clinically and professionally.

Your Role

As an Associate Dentist, you’ll play a key role in delivering comprehensive, compassionate dental care. You will help us maintain our commitment to patient satisfaction, excellent clinical outcomes, and a strong community presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality general dentistry, including exams, restorative, and preventive care
• Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients and team members
• Educate patients on treatment needs and oral health
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support efficient, organized workflows
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active MA dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take advantage of mentorship
• Confidence in general dentistry; new grads welcome with support provided
