JOB DESCRIPTION

All About Dentistry – Burnsville is seeking a purpose-driven Associate Dentist to join our

growing private practice. We are a community-focused dental office committed to

compassionate, high-quality care, clinical autonomy, and long-term professional growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose, treatment plan, and provide comprehensive dental care

• Perform restorative, preventive, and emergency dental procedures

• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Collaborate with clinical and front office teams

• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• DDS or DMD licensed in the state of Minnesota

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Team-oriented and patient-focused approach

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $200,000 salaried position
