Associate Dentist Needed

Associate Dentist – 4 Days/Week | 30% Net Collections

Our office in Louisville, KY, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our patient-focused team.

Our practice is dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality dental care using state-of-the-art technology in a warm and friendly environment.

Position Details:

Schedule: 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday)

Compensation: 30% of net collections

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Dentistry (DDS or DMD)
• Valid dental license in Kentucky
• Strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments and treatment planning in accordance with dental standards.
• Perform various dental procedures such as extractions, prosthodontics, and oral surgeries while ensuring patient comfort.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with dental staff to enhance patient experience and streamline office operations.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options and oral health education.
