Position Overview: We are looking for a talented and compassionate Dentist Associate to join our team. In addition to providing general dental care, the associate dentist will be responsible for completing hygiene appointments, as our practice operates under a no-hygienist model.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality general dentistry services, including exams, fillings, crowns, bridges, and more.
- Deliver clear aligner therapy using the latest digital technology to help patients achieve beautiful smiles.
- Mentor under senior dentists in more complex procedures, such as implants, molar endodontics, and surgical extractions.
- See hygiene patients and perform necessary evaluations, ensuring patients receive a comprehensive care experience.
- Develop and maintain strong patient relationships, ensuring comfort and trust.
- Work collaboratively with our staff to deliver exceptional care.
Qualifications:
- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active dental license (or ability to obtain license) in Colorado.
- Recent graduates are welcome – we provide extensive mentorship and training.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
- Interest in expanding your skills in implant dentistry, endodontics, clear aligner therapy, and oral surgery.
