We’re a privately owned, well-established practice in Tigard seeking a Part-Time Associate Dentist to join us 1–2 days per week. Your Clinical Role

• 1–2 days per week (flexible)
• Bread-and-butter general dentistry: restorative, exams, simple extractions, hygiene checks
• Opportunities to grow into implants, Invisalign, and other advanced clinical areas if desired
• Step into a stable, systemized practice supported by a strong operational team (Business Operations Manager + Office Manager)
• Clear workflows so you can focus fully on patient care

Compensation & Support

• Production-based compensation model: Associates earn 30–33% of adjusted production
• Estimated starting earnings: Starting at $80,000 annually for a 1–2 day/week schedule (actual earnings vary based on production)
• Busy, established patient base with strong hygiene recall to support consistent production
• Modern technology (CBCT, iTero, DI Analytics) to enhance efficiency and case acceptance

Requirements

• DDS/DMD
• Active Oregon Dental License
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• DEA & CPR
• Malpractice insurance
