Associate Dentist – Part-Time (Thursdays)

Job Summary
We are a high-tech, modern dental office with a strong patient base, a fun and supportive team, and a dentist dedicated to efficient, high-quality care. We are seeking a Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our practice on Thursdays.

This role is ideal for a clinician who prefers to focus on hands-on dentistry without exams and is comfortable working in a CAD/CAM digital workflow environment.

Schedule:

• Thursdays
• Potential for additional days in the future

Compensation:

• 30% of production

Clinical Focus / Responsibilities:

• Perform restorative dentistry including fillings, crowns, and partials
• Complete extractions (simple and routine surgical)
• Provide root canal therapy
• Utilize CAD/CAM technology for same-day crowns and restorations
• Deliver efficient, high-quality treatment based on pre-diagnosed cases

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active Hawaii state dental license in good standing
• Comfortable with CAD/CAM dentistry and digital workflows preferred; however, this position offers a great learning opportunity for candidates eager to gain experience in digital dentistry.

• Strong clinical efficiency and procedural skills
• Team-oriented with excellent chairside manner
