Associate Dentist (Part-Time with Fast Track to Full-Time & Partnership Opportunity!)

Panther Creek Dental is growing, and we’re seeking an Associate Dentist who wants more than just a job—you want impact, ownership, and to practice with purpose.

This role begins part-time ( minimum 2 days a week) with the intention to transition into full-time in the near future, and the right doctor will have an opportunity to earn partnership and eventual part ownership.

Hours of Operation

You’ll enjoy a predictable schedule with work-life balance built in. We are open :

• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Compensation

Competitive and growth-focused:

• Standard compensation: Percentage of production
• Guaranteed daily rate to ensure stability as you build your schedule

(Exact percentages and rate will be discussed during interviews.)
