Compensation: Competitive base salary + % of production (DOE); Partnership opportunities
Schedule: [M-Th 8:30AM-5PM F 8:30AM-3PM]

We are a growing private dental office in Lake Jackson, TX that sees a mix of adults and pediatric patients with PPO, Medicare, and Children's Medicaid insurances. What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality pediatric dentistry or willingness to work with kids
• Develop and communicate comprehensive treatment plans
• Build rapport and trust with patients to foster long-term relationships
• Collaborate with a highly skilled team of assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship opportunities
• Contribute to the practice’s productivity goals with a strong work ethic and patient-first mindset

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Licensed to practice in the state of TX (or ability to obtain)
• Strong work ethic and a desire to continually improve skills
• Open to mentorship and constructive feedback
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• New graduates welcome – Mentorship available
