Associate Dentist - Potential Equity Opportunity

Wells Dental is seeking a full-time (open to part-time for the right candidate) associate dentist to join our private practice on the Maine coast. We take pride in building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional results through individualized care.

You will be given complete clinical autonomy and freedom to treat patients at your own pace. Our patient is a very restorative-based practice, utilizing all types of specialists. There will be room for growth/support if you have the ability to offer high quality endo, surgery, etc.

There is a flexible path toward equity/ownership for the right candidate who shares a patient-first mentality.

What We Offer

Modern Technology: iTero scanner, intraoral cameras in every op, and you will be working in a recently renovated operatory with an A-dec chair.
Patient Base: In network with Northeast Delta Dental, otherwise fee-for-service.
Compensation: 35% of production (after lab fees and Delta adjustment) with a guaranteed daily minimum.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, flexible start date.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited program
• Active (or eligible for) Maine dental license
• Minimum 3 years of private-practice experience

Compensation: $165,000 minimum (current associate on pace for $250,000 compensation in 2025 with potential for more)
Hours: 32+ per week for full time,
