The Opportunity
We’re seeking a motivated Associate Dentist who is ready to grow into a long-term role, with a clear path toward partnership/ownership. You’ll step into a practice with an existing patient base, full equipment (modern operatories, sterilization, digital-ready), and the backing of a premium orthodontic brand.

Requirements

• Completion of a GPR or AEGD residency following dental school (required).
• Passion for treating patients the right way — quality over quotas.
• Strong clinical skills in comprehensive general dentistry (restorative, fixed, removable, preventive care).
• Interest in growing within a private practice and being part of a premium, boutique-style dental brand.
• Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and delivering a five-star patient experience.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
