Mynt Dental is seeking a skilled General Dentist with a minimum of 1 year of experience to become a key part of our growing practice. Our offices are fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including Cone Beam CT scans, iTero Digital Scanners, digital X-rays, Soft Tissue Laser, and brand name dental material.

Compensation & Benefits:

• 3 months minimum income guaranteed
• Annual income potential: $150,000–$300,000
• Performance-based bonus structure
• Expected days: No less than 3 days / week (unless you want to work every Saturdays)
• At least every other Saturdays and Every other Mondays

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages.
• Perform a broad range of dental services within your comfort zone, including extractions, removable and fixed prosthodontics, endodontics, and more.
• Utilize advanced dental technology, including digital scanners and Cone Beam CT, to diagnose and treat patients effectively.
• Ensure patient satisfaction through quality care, clear communication, and compassionate service.

Requirements:

• Active state dental license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA License and CPR certification
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (unable to sponsor visas)
• Strong commitment to patient care, with a focus on quality
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new dental techniques
