Compensation & Schedule
- Estimated Annual Earnings: $200,000–$400,000+
- Compensation based on Percentage of Adjusted Production
- Daily guarantee during ramp-up period will be considered for the right candidate
- Initial schedule: flexibility of either 3 or 4 days per week, with potential to expand to 5 days
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental exams and diagnose oral conditions
- Provide general dental treatments, including fillings, crowns, bridges, root canal therapy, extractions, and dentures
- Deliver preventive care such as cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants
- Use four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency
- Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and preventive care
- Procedures such as veneers and implant experience is a plus
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and best practices
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
- Active Nevada dental license, DEA, NPI, CPR, and Nevada pharmacy license
- Proficiency in a broad range of general dental procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with a commitment to clinical excellence and long-term growth
