Compensation: $200,000 – $400,000+ annually

A well-established, doctor-led and privately owned dental practice in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Associate General Dentist to join our growing team. We’re looking for a dentist interested in a long-term opportunity with the flexibility to build their patient base and grow alongside us. The ideal candidate is open to a dynamic schedule that includes hygiene services as needed to ensure a productive and consistent workflow.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Estimated Annual Earnings: $200,000–$400,000+
  • Compensation based on Percentage of Adjusted Production
  • Daily guarantee during ramp-up period will be considered for the right candidate
  • Initial schedule: flexibility of either 3 or 4 days per week, with potential to expand to 5 days

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dental exams and diagnose oral conditions
  • Provide general dental treatments, including fillings, crowns, bridges, root canal therapy, extractions, and dentures
  • Deliver preventive care such as cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants
  • Use four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency
  • Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and preventive care
  • Procedures such as veneers and implant experience is a plus
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with HIPAA regulations
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Stay current with advancements in dental technology and best practices

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
  • Active Nevada dental license, DEA, NPI, CPR, and Nevada pharmacy license
  • Proficiency in a broad range of general dental procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented with a commitment to clinical excellence and long-term growth
