Associate Dentist – Restorative, Pediatrics, Hygiene Management, and/or Cosmetic Focus (Flexible Role, can be designed around your clinical interest)

We’re seeking an Associate Dentist who enjoys providing excellent, thoughtful clinical care, values structure and collaboration, and is energized by the opportunity to grow into a fulfilling role within a prevention-first, education-driven dental wellness practice.

This is not high-volume or assembly-line dentistry.
There is no production pressure, no rushed schedules, and a strong emphasis on quality, consistency, and long-term patient health.

This role is ideal for a dentist who appreciates clear systems, enjoys mastering their craft, and wants to practice within a calm, joyful, and mission-aligned environment.

The Role

This Associate Dentist role is designed to provide clinical continuity, stability, and excellence within our practice — while also allowing room for you to lean into the areas of dentistry that energize you most.

Core responsibilities include high-quality restorative dentistry and collaborative care within a prevention-first, education-driven model. Beyond that, this role can be shaped around your clinical interests and strengths, whether that’s pediatrics, conservative esthetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, hygiene management, or a combination.

This position allows our founder to focus on implants, orthodontics, functional medicine diagnostics, and CEO leadership, while you play a key role in delivering thoughtful, consistent care to our patients and team.

• Pediatrics and family-centered care

• Conservative esthetic dentistry (anterior bonding, veneers, minimally invasive cosmetic care)
• Mentoring or collaborating with hygiene teams
• Research, learning, and protocol refinement

You don’t need to love all of these. Ideally, you’re excited about one or more, and open to collaborating within a team where each doctor practices in their zone of strength.

This role is intentionally designed to be shaped over time, while remaining aligned with our core mission of prevention, biocompatibility, biocompatible materials, and long-term oral and systemic health.

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD licensed in Puerto Rico (or eligible)
• Strong foundation in restorative dentistry
• Interest in at least one of the following:
• Pediatrics
• Conservative esthetic dentistry
• Hygiene mentorship and collaboration
• Complex restorative or challenging cases
• Detail-oriented, conscientious, and dependable
• Appreciates structure, protocols, and clarity
• Calm, collaborative, and team-oriented
• Aligned with a prevention-first, minimally invasive philosophy
• Open-minded toward biologic and functional dentistry concepts

Bonus (Not Required)

• Experience with SMART protocols
• Interest in biologic or integrative dentistry
• Enjoys teaching, mentoring, or supporting clinical teams
• Desire for long-term growth within a stable, values-aligned practice
