Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation based on Production
  • Guaranteed daily minimum of $1,100/day
  • Sign-on bonuses $25,000
  • Reimbursement for out-of-state licensing fees (only in Wisconsin)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages.
  • Perform a broad range of dental services within your comfort zone, including extractions, removable and fixed prosthodontics, endodontics, and more.
  • Utilize advanced dental technology, including digital scanners and Cone Beam CT, to diagnose and treat patients effectively.
  • Ensure patient satisfaction through quality care, clear communication, and compassionate service.

Requirements:

  • Active state dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA License and CPR certification
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. (unable to sponsor visas)
  • Strong commitment to patient care, with a focus on quality
  • Comfortable treating patients of all ages
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new dental techniques
