About Us:

Our practice has seen overwhelming patient demand, and we are currently unable to accept new patients—making this the perfect time for the right dentist to step in. You will have the chance to maintain your clinical independence while working in a modern, state-of-the-art facility that features:

- Digital charting and radiography

- CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography)

- Intraoral scanning and in-house milling

- Comprehensive general dentistry and endodontics

What We’re Looking For:

- Active Texas Dental License

- At least 1 year of experience or completion of AEGD (Advanced Education in General Dentistry)

- Proficiency in delivering high-quality dental care

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for patient care and growth

- Commitment to integrity

Compensation:

- Competitive compensation of 30-32% of adjusted net production, based on your experience and performance.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, payable after 6 months of employment.
