Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Designer based in Mumbai, with some flexibility for remote work. The Associate Designer will be responsible for developing and executing design concepts that align with client branding and marketing objectives. Daily tasks include creating designs for branding, logos, packaging, and websites, as well as collaborating with clients and team members to deliver creative solutions. The candidate will also assist in art direction and contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop innovative concepts.

Qualifications

• Interest and proficiency in Graphic Design, Logo Design, and Packaging Design
• Ability to develop Branding and Content Design strategies
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience working with startup teams and DTC brands is a plus
