Associate Designer

Denny + Gardner is a rapidly growing, family owned, high-end design/build remodeling and construction company located in Sterling, VA. We specialize in "metropolitan luxury homes" primarily in Northern Virginia.

Due to our exciting growth, we are adding an Associate Designer to our team. Our ideal candidate will be able to work well both independently and with a group. This person will work with the lead designer, project managers, and clients to create one-of-a-kind spaces. They will be responsible for working with clients from start to finish - including site visits, product specifications, selection appointments, custom cabinetry and material orders, and construction plans.

Our designers work closely with other company team members, vendors, clients, and product representatives to bring each design to life. We handle a wide variety of projects, from small bathroom remodels, to custom kitchens and space reconfigurations, up to large additions and new builds.

We offer flexible scheduling in a family environment.

Denny + Gardner provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by state, federal or local law.
