Associate Designer - Home Print Textile

About the Role

We’re looking for a Textile & Visual Designer to join our growing design team full-time. This is a hands-on, creative role that bridges product design and brand visual design — ideal for someone who’s passionate about textiles, color, and digital storytelling. You’ll collaborate closely with our Design Lead to develop seasonal trends, color stories, and design briefs that guide Levtex Home’s product lines. You’ll also help bring those collections to life through beautiful, cohesive visuals for our website, blog, Amazon storefront, and social channels.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Design Lead to research trends, identify color palettes, and create seasonal design briefs.
• Design and recolor prints and patterns for home textile collections.
• Create repeatable designs, CADs, and production-ready files.
• Review and color-correct samples and strike-offs.
• Design visual collateral for digital marketing, including:
• Social media posts and seasonal campaign graphics
• Blog and website visuals, homepage banners, and email assets
• Product and lifestyle imagery for e-commerce and Amazon
• Maintain cohesive brand storytelling and design alignment across product and marketing.

Who You Are

• 3–6 years of experience in textile, surface, or pattern design (home décor, fashion, or lifestyle).
• Strong sense of color, pattern, and composition.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
• BFA or equivalent experience in Textile Design, Graphic Design, or related field.

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with e-commerce (Shopify, Amazon, or similar).
• Experience with photography, trend research, or social content creation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
