Associate DevOps Engineer

Summary

We are looking for an Associate DevOps Engineer to support our development and operations teams in building reliable, scalable, and automated infrastructure. This role involves assisting in CI/CD pipeline management, cloud environment configuration, system monitoring, and deployment automation. You will work under senior DevOps engineers and contribute to improving the overall development lifecycle, ensuring stable releases and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Support deployment processes across development, staging, and production environments.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for basic provisioning and monitoring.
• Help manage containerized applications using Docker/Kubernetes.
• Write scripts for automation and infrastructure tasks.
• Monitor system performance and respond to alerts.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot build or deployment issues.
• Support implementation of DevOps best practices, documentation, and security standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.
• Understanding of cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Git and version control.
• Ability to write basic automation scripts (Bash, Python, etc.).
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
