Role Responsibilities:


  • Lead day-to-day client communication and strategic discussions, ensuring alignment on objectives, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Communicate frequently with both the client and global teams; actively participate in calls and discussions in English.
  • Drive strategic thinking across brand portfolio and categories. Anticipate client needs and proactively provide strategic recommendations.
  • Play an active role in preparing and delivering annual, mid-year, and quarterly business review presentations for both the client and global teams, providing insights and performance reporting.
  • Translate data into clear insights, learnings, and forward-looking recommendations.
  • Develop and present strategic decks across multiple brands, ensuring strategic clarity and creativity.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of integrated media strategies across diversified channels.
  • Guide the team, ensuring strong coordination, task delegation, and smooth daily workflow management.
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of accounts and proactively support Account Managers/Executives.
  • Manage and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reconciliations in partnership with finance team.
  • Ensure clear, timely, and consistent information flows across all parties.


Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory—must be comfortable with active verbal communication and global alignment calls.
  • Minimum 7 years of agency-side client management experience, preferably including planning background.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor team members; strong leadership presence.
  • Strong and proactive communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare and present strategic decks, business reviews, and performance analyses.
  • Strong multitasking capability and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint), and familiarity with industry tools.
  • Strong project and budget tracking skills; ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams effectively.
