Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and experienced Associate Director to lead the delivery of Corporate Services and Global Occupier Solutions (GOS) within our newly established Project Development Services division at Cushman & Wakefield Core. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in corporate fit-out, with a proven track record delivering for blue-chip occupiers.

What We Look For

Responsibilities of the role:

• Lead and manage corporate occupier and fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery within budget and timelines.
• Serve as a key client interface, developing trusted relationships with global and regional occupier clients.
• Develop and implement the business strategy for the sector, aligning with overall company objectives and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a point of contact for assigned accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams, both local and international, to drive integrated service delivery.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the GOS/Corporate Services/Fit-Out client base.
• Manage and mentor project teams and consultants, ensuring excellence in service and professional development.
• Provide expert advice throughout the project lifecycle, from initial feasibility studies to project completion.
• Contribute to departmental strategy, operational planning, management and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the corporate fit-out sector, ideally within a project management consultancy, or as a projectleader for a contractor specializing in commercial interiors.
• Demonstrated experience managing high-quality office fit-outs, workplace transformations, and tenant improvement projects in the UAE or wider GCC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• RICS, PMP, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Experience

• Proven track record of successfully delivering medium to large scale fit out projects
• Experience of team management and mentoring juniorstaff
• Strong communication and interpersonal skillswith ability to build strongclient relationships
• Analytical and problem-solving skillswith attention to detail
• Highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and industry relevant software
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards, contracts and regulations
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of Arabic language preferred but not essential
