What You’ll Do?


Operational Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end advertising delivery and operational execution across managed and self-serve advertisers.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable execution of campaigns, maintaining strong adherence to SLAs and workplace practices.
  • Oversee campaign setup, pacing, delivery optimisation inputs, advertiser support, reporting, and incident resolution.
  • Maintain high operational rigour through structured workflows, defined quality checks, and governance processes.
  • Drive a consistent, high-quality advertiser experience through timely communication and issue management.
  • Manage daily throughput for performance-focused advertisers, including agency-led and niche categories.


Business & Revenue Ownership

  • Own end-to-end post-sales ad delivery and execution, ensuring accurate pacing, fulfilment of commitments, and delivery reliability across all advertiser segments.
  • Own revenue reporting, leakage control, utilisation efficiency, and funnel performance improvements across managed and self-serve channels.
  • Drive growth of performance marketing revenue across all operational channels through high-quality delivery and optimisation inputs. Collaborate with Sales on demand projections, advertiser trials, new category exploration, and delivery feasibility for upcoming campaigns.
  • Build operational stability and consistency to support advertiser retention, repeat business, and long-term revenue expansion.


Process Excellence & Audit Governance.

  • Design and implement scalable processes for campaign delivery, reporting, audits, and workflow management.
  • Lead audit readiness, compliance reviews, policy adherence, and risk management across operational activities.
  • Ensure high reporting accuracy and maintain low policy or creative violation rates.


Cross-Functional Alignment

Collaborate closely with:

  • Sales: campaign delivery alignment, troubleshooting, and advertiser performance expectations.
  • Product & Engineering: issue resolution, feature gaps, experimentation support, platform improvements.
  • Finance: billing accuracy, monthly/quarterly reconciliations.
  • Legal: contract renewals, operational notices.
  • Sales Strategy: operational forecasting and readiness.
  • Content & Design: creator/content support and creative needs.


Act as the primary point of contact for Sales across product, engineering, finance, and content queries, ensuring swift closure and clarity.


Strategic Programs & Improvements

  • Lead operational experiments to improve performance, scalability, and advertiser outcomes.
  • Define and manage operational roadmaps for automation, efficiency improvements, and long-term scalability.
  • Identify systemic gaps and drive initiatives to improve delivery reliability, throughput, and operational quality.


Who are you?

  • 7–11 years of experience in digital advertising operations, adtech, or scaled revenue operations.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale advertiser workflows and collaborating closely with Sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of ad delivery systems, performance management, and digital advertising operations across managed and self-serve models.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Superset, Looker, BigQuery, and widely used industry dashboards.
  • Strong skills in Excel/Sheets and CRM tools; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong ownership, analytical thinking, structured communication, and the ability to handle high-pressure escalations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
