Associate Director - Creator & Affiliate Marketing

  • Experience scaling creator/influencer programs tied to revenue (not just awareness)
  • Ownership of ROAS, CAC, or similar performance metrics
  • Strong understanding of paid UGC / whitelisting and what makes content convert
  • Experience with affiliate or ambassador programs as a growth channel

The Opportunity

Associate Director, Creator & Affiliate Growth — Camp Snap

The Associate Director, Creator & Affiliate Growth is responsible for building and scaling Camp Snap’s creator ecosystem into a predictable, revenue-driving engine.

This role owns the strategy behind how creator activity — across gifting, affiliate, and paid — translates into content, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

You will design the systems, structures, and investment strategy that turn creator output into scalable performance across both organic and paid channels.

Will…Creator Growth Strategy & System Design

  • Define how Camp Snap’s creator ecosystem drives revenue across gifting, affiliate, and paid channels
  • Design the end-to-end creator engine: sourcing → gifting → content → monetization → paid amplification
  • Establish targets and benchmarks across the funnel (output, conversion, revenue)
  • Identify where the biggest opportunities exist to increase efficiency and scale

Paid UGC & Creative Pipeline Strategy

  • Build the strategy for how creator content feeds into paid media at scale
  • Define what “high-performing creative” looks like and how it is consistently produced
  • Partner with Paid Media to ensure a steady pipeline of testable, scalable creative
  • Establish frameworks for testing, iteration, and scaling

Affiliate & Ambassador Monetization

  • Define the role of affiliate (Superfiliate, ShopMy) in Camp Snap’s revenue mix
  • Build strategies to increase conversion, retention, and output from ambassadors
  • Identify how and when creators move between tiers (gifted → affiliate → paid)
  • Develop incentives and structures that drive sustained performance

Launch Strategy & Paid Creator Investment

  • Define how creators are leveraged during key business moments including product launches, seasonal drops, and major campaigns (e.g. Summer, Back-to-School, Holiday, New Year)
  • Build and execute creator-led launch strategies that drive both awareness and immediate conversion
  • Own strategy for flat-fee creator deals, determining when to invest in paid partnerships vs rely on gifting and affiliate
  • Identify and secure high-impact creators for launches, balancing reach, relevance, and conversion potential
  • Structure deals to maximize value, including usage rights, whitelisting access, and performance upside
  • Partner with Paid Media to ensure launch content is built for amplification and scalable performance
  • Analyze performance of paid creator campaigns and refine investment strategy over time

Investment & Performance Ownership

  • Own how budget is allocated across gifting, commissions, and paid creators
  • Set performance targets across ROAS, CPA, and revenue contribution
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and scale output
  • Report on performance and provide clear recommendations for growth

Team Leadership & Operational Scale

  • Lead and develop Creator Marketing Associates across ShopMy, Superfiliate, and execution
  • Build workflows and systems that allow the program to scale without breaking
  • Ensure clear ownership, accountability, and performance across the team

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Paid Media, Creative, and Brand to align creator output with business goals
  • Ensure creator content supports both brand storytelling and direct response performance
  • Identify opportunities to better integrate creator into broader marketing strategy

You have…

  • 5–8 years of experience in creator marketing, influencer, or performance-driven growth
  • Experience building or scaling systems that tie creator activity to revenue
  • Strong understanding of paid social and how creative drives performance
  • Experience with affiliate or ambassador programs as a revenue channel
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategy
  • Experience managing people or leading cross-functional teams

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
