Your role

We’re looking for an Associate Director, Designer to:

  • Identify, document and prioritize business objectives, focusing on designing the end user experience.
  • Conduct user interviews, across different personas to effectively understand user behavior.
  • Analyze user requirements to produce solutions providing strong and effective end user experience.
  • Analyze organizational gaps, risks and opportunities associated with future needs and proposed solutions.
  • Work closely with the development and testing team to ensure quality product delivery.
  • Review test plans, test cases and provide feedback.
  • Follow all standard of SDLC (Software Development lifecycle Processes).
  • Can work hybrid (In-office/remote).

Salary & Work Schedule: $126,000 to $165,000 Per Year, 40 hrs/wk. The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your expertise

Education & Experience Requirement
  • This position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Graphic Design, Design Management, or related field of study plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered or as an Information Technology Project Manager, Assistant Vice President, UX Researcher, or related occupation

Position requires experience with the following:
  • Figma; Miro; Mural; User Interviews - 1:1 & Focus Groups; UX Design & Research
  • Financial Services & Large-Scale System Integration; Wireframing & Low/High Fidelity Prototyping
  • A/B testing; Strategic Planning Utilizing Design Thinking Frameworks
  • UserTesting; Heuristic Evaluation; Ethnographic Research
  • User Scenario Planning, Journey Mapping & Service Blueprinting; Keynote

Salary information
