The Marketing Associate will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, focusing on enhancing our brand presence and generating high-quality leads. This position requires a self-starter with strong execution skills in digital marketing, website and SEO management, and graphic design, as well as the ability to manage a variety of tasks and priorities. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external consultants (graphic designers, word press developers etc.) to align marketing strategies with business goals and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
- B2B Marketing Campaigns: Plan, develop, and execute end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate leads for companies products and services. Must be well-versed in drafting key messages that connect with target audience in the life sciences and pharma industry.
- Work along with companies Inside Sales team to get inputs on developing and publishing latest industry insights in the form blogs, whitepapers, infographics, etc. on a regular basis
- Brand Management: Oversee the development and execution of brand strategies, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels. Provide expertise in executing marketing efforts at global conferences to promote the value of company business solutions.
- Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including content marketing, social media strategy, email marketing, and paid search campaigns. Implement the action plan that is consistently executed to generate new leads for companies products and services.

- SEO & Website Management: Coordinate website content, optimize SEO performance, and ensure the website aligns with marketing strategies and enhances user experience.
- Co-ordinate to perform technical maintenance activities related to website change management, periodic backups, website security, performance, upgrades, etc.
- Graphic Design & Content Creation: Coordinate and design visually engaging marketing materials, including brochures, email templates, social media posts, presentations, and digital assets.
- Coordinate to create short product / service promotional video content that describes companies capabilities, products and solutions.
- Prepare periodic marketing plans and develop relevant deliverables for business events such as conferences, tradeshows, webinars, etc.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to manage the timely shipment and display setup of conference backdrops, stage décor, promotional stands, etc.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, generating reports and insights to optimize future efforts. Prepare reports of marketing outcomes and present it to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, service delivery and customer support teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.
- Project Management: Coordinate marketing projects from concept to execution, managing timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Managerial duties: Manage digital marketing full-time team members and coordination with external vendors and consultants
- Reports to CEO with a dotted line reporting to Co-founders & Business Unit heads.
The ideal candidate for this job is expected to meet the following requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution in the North America CRO, CDMO, Life Sciences/ Pharma/ MedTech SaaS/technology/Automation and Functional/ Business Process services industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, marketing, visual communications, business administration, or a related field.
- Expert level or very good subject matter knowledge and understanding of various Life Sciences processes including Clinical Development, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Quality, Lab, Manufacturing and GxP processes. Hands-on experience in positioning Tech/ Tech-enabled services, System Integration services, SaaS/ Cloud solutions, Agentic AI solutions combined with CRO services is a plus
- Good understanding of word press web development, front-end content editors, SEO tools, Google Analytics, and content management systems. Good understanding of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media tools, email marketing software). Good understanding of design software such as Canva, Inkscape, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), with the ability to create engaging visual content as needed.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for different audiences. Strong ability to interpret data and leverage insights to refine marketing strategies and improve performance. Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables across all marketing channels.
