Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for multiple companies within the 2070Health studio
• Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize product performance; conduct A/B testing and experiments
• Implement effective user acquisition and retention campaigns across various channels
• Communicate growth goals, strategies, and outcomes to stakeholders; present data-driven insights to leadership
• Work closely with leaders and founders, providing strong communication and pushback when necessary
• Identify and prioritize new features to drive growth; collaborate with product development teams
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product innovation
• Work closely with engineers and ability to coordinate and manage multiple Technology Initiatives
  
  

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in product management with a focus on growth in a tech or Healthtech environment
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial capacity
• Prior experience should be in consumer-facing companies; candidates with a background in B2B SaaS will not be considered
• Demonstrated experience in startup environments, specifically in building products from the ground up (0 → 1) and scaling them further (1 → 10, ideally 1 → 100 or beyond)
• Proven track record of driving user acquisition and retention through data-driven strategies
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively push back when needed and work closely with leaders and founders
• B.Tech / MBA from a top college is a bonus
• Healthcare/healthtech background is a bonus
