About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Associate Director – Food & Beverage to join Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative menus that reflect current trends and meet customer preferences.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and quality control procedures.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to food and beverage teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Advanced)
  • 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
