Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic professional to join the
Founders’ Office
team, working directly with the leadership to drive
business strategy, operational excellence, and special initiatives
. This high-impact role offers exposure to strategic decision-making, cross-functional problem solving, and scaling business operations in a hyper-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:
Work closely with the founders to define, track, and execute the company’s strategic priorities and growth initiatives.

Business Operations:
Design and implement processes to drive operational efficiency across functions.

Decision Support:
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for key leadership decisions, including new markets, partnerships, and investment areas.

Program Management:
Lead cross-functional programs, ensuring timely delivery of strategic projects with measurable outcomes.

Leadership Enablement:
Prepare business review documents, board presentations, and investor updates. Act as a thought partner to founders in critical discussions.

Special Projects:
Take ownership of high-priority initiatives (e.g., M&A evaluations, global expansion, GTM strategy, org design) as they arise.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education:
MBA from a top-tier B-School in India.

Experience:
8–10 years of progressive experience in
strategy, business operations, or consulting
. Prior exposure to technology, IT services, or analytics-driven organizations preferred.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and financial acumen with a track record of structuring and delivering complex projects.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence senior leaders.

Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Prior experience in
management consulting, corporate strategy, or Founders’ Office roles
will be highly advantageous.
