Role Type: Full-time, fixed-term employment
We are seeking a dynamic, polished and client-facing World Cup Executive Concierge to deliver exceptional white glove support to organizational leadership for the upcoming FIFA World Cup. Acting as a contracted extension of the Unilever team, this role requires the utmost professionalism and attention to detail, as it involves managing a wide range of personalized services – from complex travel and hospitality arrangements to high-touch, last-minute requests. The role combines luxury hospitality with meticulous logistical coordination to ensure an exceptional, seamless experience for senior leaders and VIP stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented and thrives in high pressure, fast-paced environments.
Due to the nature of event delivery, this role requires the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules. This role will also need to be present in the Unilever offices a minimum of 2 days a week.
What You’ll Do
Act as a subject matter expert on corporate event management, hosting, hospitality, and relative industry knowledge
Provide high-level, white-glove concierge services to executives, C-suite members, and VIP clients
Serve as the single point of contact for C-suite executives before, during, and after events, ensuring personalized and elevated service
Draft and manage guest communications (briefs, itineraries, KYBYG’s)
Manage all logistical aspects of the executive guest experience, including travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, dining reservations, and on-site support
Coordinate premium hospitality experiences, including private transport, match or event access, exclusive networking events, and leisure activities
Build trusted relationships with senior executives and their support teams to understand preferences, priorities, and sensitivities
Provide real-time problem-solving and VIP issue resolution, ensuring no disruption to the guest experience
Ensure all interactions and arrangements reflect the highest standard of professionalism and brand representation
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, executive concierge, or senior-level guest relations, preferably supporting C-suite
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field preferred
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Impeccable attention to detail and ability to anticipate the needs of discerning guests
Comfortable operating in high-stakes environments with VIPs, CEOs and global corporate partners
Self-starter requiring little to no supervision to meet and carry out concierge responsibilities
Experience in major international events (e.g., FIFA World Cup, Olympics, Cannes, etc.) is a plus
High level of initiative, interpersonal skills, and ability to work well independently and in a team environment
Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with extensive expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability by taking on varied responsibilities beyond the core job description, supporting cross-functional needs and contributing to evolving priorities
