Alnylam is seeking a strategic and delivery-oriented technology leader to serve as Associate Director, Laboratory Informatics Platforms . This role is responsible for the delivery, evolution, and operational stewardship of core laboratory informatics capabilities that enable scientific, development, and manufacturing-support workflows across Research and Early Development (ReDev) and CMC.
The Associate Director will lead the product and technology delivery of laboratory informatics platforms, including Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN), sample management, entity registration, and workflow orchestration . The role partners closely with scientific, technical operations stakeholders across ReDev and CMC to translate business needs into scalable, compliant, and fit-for-purpose solutions that improve traceability, workflow efficiency, and data quality.
This position requires a leader who can balance business partnership, product ownership, and disciplined delivery in a regulated environment, while ensuring platforms evolve to support future analytics and AI-driven use cases.

Partner with Quality Technology on QC Integration
Collaborate closely with the Quality Technology team to enable seamless integration between laboratory informatics platforms and QC LIMS systems.

U.S. Pay Range
$172,200.00 - $233,000.00
The pay range reflects the full-time base salary range we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Base pay will be determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. This role is eligible for an annual short-term incentive award (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive award (e.g., equity).
