Key Responsibilities:

Contracting, Product Terms, and Documentation

  • Handle legal documentation and contracting for LAMF, PSP, NBFC, Global Investing, Payments, and Indian securities distribution, including distribution and partnership agreements, vendor contracts, loan documentation, and related-party transactions (RPTs).
  • Review and maintain Product Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service, ensuring alignment with evolving product features, user consent frameworks, and data protection regulations.
  • Build and maintain contract playbooks, define fallback positions, and ensure adherence to Outsourcing Guidelines, Data Privacy, and Risk Management frameworks.
  • Support standardization of templates, drafting of BU-specific contracting standards, and legal hygiene across all business functions.

Regulatory and Product Enablement

  • Interpret and operationalize regulatory frameworks across SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, IFSCA, PFRDA, DPDP, FEMA, and PMLA, ensuring compliance across INDmoney’s broking, lending, payments, insurance, and overall platforms.
  • Review new product flows (UPI, LAMF, PSP, NBFC, Mutual Funds, Indian & Global Investing) and translate regulatory requirements into product and tech specifications.
  • Conduct regulatory research, prepare position notes on new circulars, guidelines, and industry developments relevant to INDmoney’s business.
  • Prepare regulatory submissions, representations, and responses;

Risk, Disputes, and Brand Protection

  • Draft replies to customer complaints, regulatory queries, and partner disputes with clear factual and legal reasoning.
  • Manage fraud, impersonation, and cyber-incident documentation, liaising with law enforcement, payment partners, and regulators as needed.
  • Support ongoing litigation, settlement documentation, and evidence collation; maintain records of all case proceedings and correspondence.


Experience: 8-9 Years PQE

Location: Gurgaon (Office)

Qualification: LL.B. from a reputed university.

  • Ability to convert complex business ideas into compliant legal constructs.
