Job Description

Organization Strategy, Growth & Efficiency

  • Build Intelligence for internal and external stakeholders through Research, Data Analysis & Strategic initiatives
  • Build planning models to improve omni channel marketing efficiency leading to business impact in Linear and digital mediums
  • Shape marketing strategy for the network, through Brand lift studies, attribution models
  • Create excitement for the Zee content brands amongst consumers through innovation in branding and consumer outreach
  • Build a deep understanding of the changing media and entertainment landscape, influence internal methods to effective customer acquisition and retention

Project Planning and Management

  • Engage with Marketing leadership teams, collaborate on different consumer / customer challenges to design hyperlocal and National Go-to-market strategy
  • Leverage multiple sources of data, insight mining to unlock potential growth drivers, recommend media investments
  • Building the strategy and communication campaign for the brand/initiative that’s based on customer forward research insights and implementing the same in collaboration with teams.
  • Create Go-to-market plans targeting stakeholders in the Content eco-system
  • Conceptualize, build and implement 360 degree Network brand marketing campaigns and deliver tasks with superior quality by pushing existing benchmarks of performance.
Manage and nurture impact associations with internal and external partners and target to create value propositions

Execution

  • Partner with teams across portfolio and functions to develop project plans
  • Preparing project network charter and briefs based on data insights mined through primary or secondary research
  • Meticulous tracking of active plans, identify scope of improvisation, take corrective actions to improve results
  • Analyze pre and post results and share learnings
Use agility, proactiveness and accountability while leading the execution stage

Partner Identification and Acquisition

Research and identify potential partners who align with the company's content strategy and target audience

Monetization Strategy

Develop and implement strategies to monetize content through platform partnerships, advertising or other innovative revenue-generating ideas.

Content Distribution and Promotion

Collaborate with partners to maximize content distribution and promote it across various video platforms

Budget allocation & management

  • Manage project budgets in an organized manner with proper details and accuracy
  • Ensure smooth finance processes are followed and accurate project expenses are reported in the system.

Job Requirement

Strong Media planning background, BARC software proficient, Dashboarding understanding, Quantitative Data Analytics/Modelling and insights acumen, 360 degree marketing planning & execution, Business Development
