Associate Director of Service Delivery - Scalable & Digital Content

Founded in 2012, The Acceleration Project (TAP)’s mission is to empower under-resourced small business owners and accelerate their success by providing high-impact and customized strategic, financial, operational, and marketing support. Small businesses are a vital engine of our economy, and TAP supports entrepreneurs who lack access to critical networks and resources. TAP has worked directly with more than 11,000 small business owners and touched the lives of more than 100,000.

Role Overview

Do you get excited turning complex ideas into content that genuinely moves people — and want to do it for a mission that matters? TAP is looking for a highly skilled, creative Associate Director of Service Delivery (DSD) – Scalable Content to help us reach more small business owners than ever before. This is your chance to own the way TAP delivers knowledge at scale — through webinars, workshops, post-webinar coaching, asynchronous learning, and more.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Scalable Content and is full-time (40 hours/week), primarily remote with occasional in-person opportunities in the NYC metro area. TAP offers real calendar flexibility while expecting availability during normal business hours and email responses within 24 hours.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery, Scalable Content

  • Bring ideas to life by developing and delivering powerful, scalable content — slide decks, async materials, documents, and tools across marketing, finance, operations, and strategy — built for multi-business settings and adaptable for diverse partners.
  • Grow TAP's content library by adapting existing materials and creating fresh digital content that meets partner requirements and raises the bar every time.
  • Take the wheel on TAP's monthly open webinar series — owning topic selection, presenter coordination, scheduling, and content development from start to finish.
  • Spot and seize opportunities to tap into the broader TAP team's expertise, including for async content production.
  • Keep a pulse on quality by collecting, analyzing, and reporting client and consultant satisfaction data; deliver post-engagement reviews where needed.
  • Strengthen TAP's resources by developing digital content for the Consultant Toolbox as directed by the Senior DSD or Management Team.
  • Work smarter, not harder — use AI to draft, iterate, and adapt content faster across all formats and partner variations.

For webinars:

  • Jump in as presenter where needed and ensure every session is delivered with energy and professionalism.
  • Set presenters up for success — make sure they are thoroughly prepared, well-resourced, and fully aligned with TAP standards, with any content drift caught and corrected before it reaches the audience.
  • Hold the bar high for polished, engaging presentations that reflect the best of TAP every single time.
  • Own all technical setup, testing, and recording across Zoom and Google Meet so every session runs without a hitch.
  • Stay close to partners throughout every engagement — proactively checking in and resolving issues quickly to keep relationships strong.
  • Keep sessions lively with crisp introductions, closings, and active chat box support during every live event.
  • Harness AI to analyze engagement and feedback data and continuously sharpen topic selection.

For asynchronous learning:

  • Build something lasting — develop and manage digital courses end-to-end on Circle, from scoping and curriculum design through production and publication, prioritizing topics based on real member feedback and engagement data as informed by the Director of Digital and Community Engagement.
  • Connect the dots across the Service Delivery team to ensure async content powerfully complements what members experience in live coaching and consulting sessions.
  • Keep the catalog fresh and growing — identify gaps, incorporate input from members and stakeholders, and manage the full lifecycle of existing courses, including updates, repurposing, and retirement.
  • Use AI to scope, draft, and evolve course content with speed and creativity.

Marketing

  • Team up with TAP's Marketing team to craft compelling collateral and copy that gets people excited about the monthly open webinar series.
  • Tell TAP's story through project summaries and reports for partners, donors, and PR audiences where needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  • Minimum three years of professional experience.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills — these are non-negotiable.
  • A strong ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging visual formats, including infographics.
  • Deep, practical AI proficiency — especially in developing educational content.
  • Flexibility and a genuine willingness to grow as the role and organization evolve.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms), Canva, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Willingness to occasionally participate in events outside traditional work hours.
  • A demonstrated commitment to TAP's mission and values.

Benefits Package:

  • $60,000 annually based on a full-time status (40 hours per week).
  • Generous PTO
  • 10 paid holidays per year
  • 2 floating holidays per year for full-time employees
  • Time off between Christmas and New Year’s
  • Health and dental insurance
  • 403(b) retirement plan
