Real Estate Sales Team Leader – Brokerage (Proven UAE Track Record)

Key Requirements:
- UAE Real Estate Experience is Mandatory — profiles without UAE brokerage experience will not be considered
- Minimum 1+ year in a leadership role (Team Leader / Sales Manager) within a brokerage firm
- Proven sales track record — consistent monthly closures and revenue generation
- Strong experience in managing, mentoring, and scaling sales teams
- Deep understanding of Dubai real estate market, developers, and projects
- Ability to drive numbers, not just conversations
