Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader to drive strategic workforce planning and end-to-end hiring for Audit and other non-technology functions. The role will partner closely with business and HR leadership to deliver high-quality, scalable, and compliant hiring aligned with organizational growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Workforce Planning

Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans and workforce analytics.

Design and execute multi-level recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends.

Build strong talent pipelines for critical and niche Audit and non-tech roles.
Leadership & Team Management

Lead, mentor, and develop recruitment teams across functions and geographies.

Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and drive continuous improvement.

Foster a candidate-centric and data-driven recruitment culture.
End-to-End Recruitment Oversight

Oversee full-cycle recruitment including job design, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.

Ensure timely and quality hiring across all business units.

Track and improve recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

Drive employer branding initiatives for Audit and non-tech talent markets.

Ensure a consistent and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Technology & Analytics

Optimize ATS and HRIS platforms for efficiency, compliance, and reporting.

Leverage AI tools and recruitment analytics to improve sourcing and selection outcomes.

Present hiring metrics and insights to senior leadership.
Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with business heads, HRBPs, and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities.

Align recruitment plans with business objectives, talent gaps, and succession planning.

Support cross-functional and leadership hiring initiatives.
Compliance & Governance

Ensure recruitment practices adhere to labor laws, DEI policies, and internal guidelines.

Manage recruitment vendors and third-party hiring partners.
Qualifications & Experience

MBA / Master’s in HR or Business Administration (preferred).

10–12 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.

Strong experience in Audit function and non-technology hiring.
-
Proven capability in managing large-scale hiring and strategic TA initiatives.
-
Prior experience hiring for Gurgaon-based talent markets.
