UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Tech Support Analyst in Nashville, TN.

We’re looking for an Associate Director, Tech Support Analyst to:
- Develop and execute software tests to support user interaction and key business processes. Provide hands-on application technical support.
- Direct hands-on technical troubleshooting of company proprietary and third party products such as Oracle, Unix, Java-Spring, Azure, Jenkins, Git, AppDynamics, Splunk, Kafka and others.
- Coordinate global escalation point for support issues. Handle disaster management and recovery services functions.
- Establish and enforce production readiness criteria to ensure development teams build fit-for-purpose applications before production begins. Monitor problem management, change and release planning, deployment, and post implementation testing.
- Coordinate capacity management and testing, environment planning and management, and identification and removal of end-of-life technology thereby promoting SRE/Dev-Ops culture.

Your expertise
Education & Experience Requirement
- This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any), or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a Web Project Lead, System Engineer, or related occupation.
Alternate Education & Experience Requirement
- The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any), or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as a Web Project Lead, System Engineer, or related occupation.
- Position requires experience with the following:
- technical troubleshooting of third party products such as Kafka; Oracle and MS-SQL; Unix
- Java Spring; Jenkins
- Git; AppDynamics
- Splunk; Kafka;
- Cloud technologies including Azure, Dockers, Azure monitoring, Terraform, ADO pipelines, and Kubernetes
- Ververica, Confluent; AutoSys

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary for this role is USD 120000 /annum in Nashville, TN.
