What You'll Do

Support business development by expanding existing client relationships and contributing to new business growth opportunities.

Partner with leadership to design and implement strategies that enhance sales performance and drive commercial success.

Lead projects focused on Salesforce Effectiveness and Sales Planning, particularly within oncology and rare disease.

Deliver analytical support across Salesforce alignment, call planning, targeting, and incentive compensation.

Develop and refine analytical processes and reporting using programming tools to support Salesforce Effectiveness (SFE), Sales Planning, and Incentive Compensation initiatives.

Oversee both onshore and offshore project teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Prepare reports and dashboards summarizing alignment, incentive compensation, and planning insights for stakeholders across the commercial organization.
What You'll Bring

7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics and operations with a focus on Salesforce Effectiveness, Sales Planning, and Incentive Compensation.

Strong business sense and deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly on the commercial side.

Demonstrated ability to use data-driven insights to support revenue and profit growth.

Proven success in business development - expanding existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Effectiveness and Sales Planning, ideally within oncology or rare disease.

Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

Hands-on experience in client engagement and account management within the life sciences sector.

Experience managing onshore/offshore teams and collaborating across cross-functional stakeholders.

Excellent communication, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking skills combined with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Experience with SAS, Python, or R is a plus.
