What You'll Do


  • Support business development by expanding existing client relationships and contributing to new business growth opportunities.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement strategies that enhance sales performance and drive commercial success.
  • Lead projects focused on Salesforce Effectiveness and Sales Planning, particularly within oncology and rare disease.
  • Deliver analytical support across Salesforce alignment, call planning, targeting, and incentive compensation.
  • Develop and refine analytical processes and reporting using programming tools to support Salesforce Effectiveness (SFE), Sales Planning, and Incentive Compensation initiatives.
  • Oversee both onshore and offshore project teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards summarizing alignment, incentive compensation, and planning insights for stakeholders across the commercial organization.


What You'll Bring


  • 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics and operations with a focus on Salesforce Effectiveness, Sales Planning, and Incentive Compensation.
  • Strong business sense and deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly on the commercial side.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data-driven insights to support revenue and profit growth.
  • Proven success in business development - expanding existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Effectiveness and Sales Planning, ideally within oncology or rare disease.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Hands-on experience in client engagement and account management within the life sciences sector.
  • Experience managing onshore/offshore teams and collaborating across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking skills combined with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAS, Python, or R is a plus.
