Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Endodontist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery. The Dentist will work collaboratively with our dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and maintain the highest standards of care.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine treatment needs.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
- Execute dental extractions and root canal therapy with precision.
- Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed in accordance with aseptic techniques.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, procedures, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide exceptional patient care.
- Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and practices.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Proficiency in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, and infection control practices.
- Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus; familiarity with child behavior management techniques is beneficial.
- Ability to perform medical imaging and understand medical documentation related to patient care.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and assessment.

Pay: $178,453.11 - $214,911.27 per year
