The Law Offices of Stockton, Kandt & Associates, LLC is looking for an outgoing, driven Associate Attorney to join our Estate Planning/Elder Law practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to grow within a client-focused, team-oriented, and established Johnson County law firm.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client consultations with warmth and confidence
• Develop customized estate plans based on client goals
• Work closely with assigned paralegals and case managers
• Build strong, lasting client relationships
• Participate in the firm’s networking efforts & workshops

What We’re Looking For

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active Kansas State Bar license (required) with anticipation of becoming Missouri State licensed
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
• A drive for personal and professional success
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to learning and continuous improvement

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation based on experience (Junior Associate 0-5 years experience $90,000-$110,000; Senior Associate 5+ years experience $110,000+)
