As an Associate Experience Consultant at IBM Consulting, you will partner with clients to design and deliver exceptional, human-centered experiences that align seamlessly with business goals. You'll help clients understand leading technologies and the impact they can have on traditional business processes, as well as an opportunity to build a powerful portfolio of interesting and rewarding experiences. As a practitioner, you’ll work with your team shaping experience visions, building frameworks, and guiding execution to create measurable impact in customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business performance.
