Associate Family Law Attorney

The Galmiche Law Firm is a small, family-owned operation in search of a full-time associate attorney for an immediate opening. The firm primarily handles issues related to family law including divorce, modifications, custody, and paternity. Candidates should be positive and enthusiastic with strong time management and communication skills.

Qualifications:

Admitted to practice law in the State of Missouri

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Proficient in legal drafting and document preparation

Legal research through Westlaw

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Proactively manage cases from beginning to end

Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions and memoranda

Attend court hearings and represent clients in various legal proceedings

Monthly billable hour requirement
