Associate Family Law Attorney - Full-Time

Small Law Firm in Pullman, WA looking for Full-Time Associate Family Law Attorney

• Some experience desired but not required
• Knowledge of divorce and family law with ability to handle cases from beginning to end

Associate Attorney Responsibilities and Duties

• Draft legal memorandums, pleadings, motions, and correspondence to clients and counsel
• Meet with clients
• Conduct legal research
• Conduct discovery, including Interrogatories, Request for Production of Documents, and Request for Admissions
• Trial Preparation, including drafting of direct and cross examinations and witness preparation
• Court appearances for motions hearings and trials

Associate Attorney Requirements

• Admitted to the WA Bar or will be taking WA Bar in near future
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving skills, the ability to think logically and deliver creative solutions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Sense of humor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
