Role Objective: To manage day-to-day accounting operations and conduct limited, risk-focused internal control reviews under management direction.
Core Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day accounting operations by handling transaction recording, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring accurate financial data.
- Perform regular reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer) and monitor payables/advances.
- Maintain proper documentation, assist in audits, and support monthly closing and basic reporting.
- Conduct sample-based compliance checks, ensure adherence to SOPs and approval controls, and flag discrepancies such as missing documents or duplicate/irregular entries.
Requirements- B.com / M.com, Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field

2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliation processes.
- Experience in managing invoices, expense vouchers, and maintaining proper financial records and documentation.
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations, vendor/customer balance reconciliations, and monitor payable/receivable aging.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems.
Experience supporting audits by preparing documentation and financial schedules.
